Big Eco-Clean Tojiro Gyuto Knife is a superior hard and durable chef knife that will be strong enough to cut even large pieces of meat. Tojiro factory is located in Niigata prefecture, former province Tsubame-Sanjo, that used to be a famous Japanese sword producing district for centuries.
