Delivery

 

Delivery of goods purchased in our store is made via EMS Japan Post Service.

 

 

The delivery fee is only 29 USD worldwide (it does not depend on the quantity of goods you purchase, and it the same for both 1 pack and 10 packs). EMS provides courier delivery, so you shall get your goods from the courier.

 

Delivery time. We ship in 2-7 business days (depending on product) after we confirm the payment. 

 

We shall provide the tracking number of EMS international postal service for you to track your goods when we ship. The number shall usually be available for tracking next day. The format is EGXXXXXXXXXJP - 13 digits.

 

 

You may track the items on the website of your national Post Operator.

 

It takes about 7-10 days for the goods to reach the destination for EMS. For some countries only 1st class air-mail is allowed from Japan (please inquiry if you are not sure). It takes about 15-20 business days. We provide tracking number as well. At your request we shall send you a photocopy of the postal receipt with postal stamp and date of delivery. In some states delivery estimates may vary.

Please pay your attention: We ship indicating the minimal price of about 10-20 USD per parcel for our clients to AVOID POSSIBLE PROBLEMS WITH IMPORT OR ADDITIONAL TAXES. If you need the parcel to be shipped with the full coverage price or in case you need an official invoice, kindly advice in the comment column while placing your order.

This method is faster than EMS, delivery estimates are 5-10 days for most of regions (if you are in a hurry, ask in advance). This method is the best option for those who prefer fast delivery.
